Please ensure your greenhouse components are inspected upon arrival to ensure a smooth and efficient exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the greenhouse components in their original crates or boxes, ensuring all hardware, panels, and instructions are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Arrange Shipment

  Affix the provided return label to your package and schedule a pickup or drop-off with the designated freight carrier for large-scale items.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies that the items are in resalable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
