Most greenhouse kits are processed within 2-3 business days and delivered via freight within 7-14 business days, depending on your location.

Yes, our kits feature a slide-and-lock panel system and come with a comprehensive step-by-step manual. Most units can be assembled by two people in a single weekend.
What kind of warranty do you offer on your structures?
We provide a 10-year limited warranty on the polycarbonate panels and a lifetime warranty on the heavy-duty aluminum frames against manufacturing defects.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the contiguous United States and Canada. For shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or international territories, please contact our support team for a custom quote.
Can I return my greenhouse if I change my mind?
We accept returns on unopened and unassembled kits within 30 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee may apply.
Are the panels UV-protected?
Absolutely. All Polyeco panels feature a high-density UV-protective coating that prevents yellowing and protects your plants from harmful radiation while maximizing light transmission.
